There are a variety of techniques used to create permanent brows, and each set of brows we create will be fully customized, just for you!
HEALING: Brows take 10-14 days to fully heal. During this time, you must not use makeup in the brow area, and should avoid using anything but a gentle cleanser and ointment as instructed by your artist.
You will also need to avoid excessive UV exposure on your face for 10 days of healing. After you have finished peeling, you may resume normal outdoor activities as long as you are diligent about applying sunscreen!
Avoid extreme sweating/saunas/hot tubs for at least 72 hours after your appointment.

This is a highly customizable technique that is suitable for all skin types.
These permanent brows are done with a machine, and the approach to shading varies based on your desired outcome.
For an ultra-natural look, I complete a very soft layer of shading throughout and opt for lighter tones with no visible outline.
For a more makeup-like look, I will concentrate my shading in areas that will really make your shape pop.
This is my personal favourite technique because:
- It is highly customizable
- Universally flattering
- Predictable Healed Results
- Fades in the most flattering manner over time

These permanent brows are created by filling in your natural shape with additional hairstroke-like lines. This method will yield very natural-looking results, but only when performed on those whose skin type and hair density match are appropriate for this technique.
Nano brows are suitable for:
- Skin that is normal to dry - not recommended for those with very oily skin or large pores
- Brows that are thin or sparse - not recommended for those with very dense brow hair, as you will not see the hair strokes once healed.
- Healthy skin - not recommended for those who have a lot of sun damage or other skin complications
Please note that this is *NOT* Microblading - it is an advanced technique that causes less trauma to the skin! Stop your search for Microblading in Barrie, and consider Nano Brows instead.
In microblading, a small blade is used to slice the skin and deposit pigment, resulting in a hairstroke-like brow. This technique is known to blur significantly over time, and complications such as scarring are unfortunately quite common. I do not offer microblading at Forever Flawless, but can still provide you with the same kind of result - while making your skin happier! - using a machine.
We can do a full hairstroke brow, or I can combine the use of both hairstrokes and powder to give you a combo brow that will heal to a natural-yet-defined result.
How do you Pick my Brow Shape?
Brow Mapping
A key part of the process — not the final look!
At Forever Flawless Beauty Boutique, every brow transformation begins with brow mapping, a carefully structured step that ensures your final results are beautifully balanced and tailored to your unique features.
During this phase, I use precise measuring techniques to create a detailed outline of your ideal brow shape. Your ideal brow shape is based on your natural hair growth, the structure of your brow bone, and your desired end result.
This outline may look bold or boxy at first — and that’s completely intentional. Think of it like a blueprint: crisp, defined, and structured. It’s how I ensure symmetry, proper placement, and a shape that lifts and flatters your natural bone structure.
This mapped shape is not what your healed brows will look like. The final result will be soft, natural, and seamlessly blended. But in order to get there, I have to start with clarity and structure. Without a mapped framework, the brows would lack direction — and we’d risk unevenness, drooping, or a shape that doesn’t age well.

Is there an Age Limit on Permanent Makeup?
Great Brows look good on ALL Ages!
Permanent makeup can be performed on women of all ages. The biggest concern for mature clients is whether or not they are taking blood thinners ,and if so, having your doctor determine whether or not it would be safe to discontinue use of blood thinners for a few days before your permanent makeup appointment.
The next determining factor would be whether or not your skin is happy & healthy enough to receive a permanent makeup service and end up with a beautiful healed result.
Here are a few cases where I do not recommend service for mature clients:
- If you have deep set wrinkles right *in the area where we would tattoo* your brows, I don't usually recommend getting permanent brows. The pigment can heal much darker in those deep creases, and can distort the shape of your brows
- I don't recommend lip blush on those who have very thin lips with extreme volume loss. If your top lip is flipped under, lip blush probably won't be a very impactful service for you
- I do not recommend shaded eyeliner or any style of winged liner on mature clients. A lash enhancement is usually best- suited for you!
Other than these cases, permanent makeup is usually a great fit for mature women who want to refresh their look and invest in themselves!
