The cost of permanent makeup removal is far more expensive than simply saving up to book with a quality artist in the first place!
A beginner artist may charge around $250 per area... When it comes to getting a tattoo on your face, choosing an artist who has healed results, a wealth of experience, and top-notch education is usually worth the extra investment.
